I’m the founder of JACVault — a tool that turns one profile into a complete, tailored application for a specific job: resume and cover letter, ready to send.

For over 15 years I worked closely with HR teams, and I’ve been on the other side of the table as an applicant. That showed me a tension nobody resolves: employers want a personal, tailored application for every role — but a serious job search means dozens or hundreds of applications, and tailoring each one properly by hand simply isn’t humanly possible.

Meanwhile applicant tracking systems became the default filter. Capable people get cut before a human reads a word — often on formatting, not on substance. That worst case, strong candidates rejected on a technicality, is what I set out to fix.

JACVault isn’t about misrepresenting anyone. It’s about presenting a real person in their best, truthful light: the achievements they actually have, matched to what a specific posting asks for, in a format that reads cleanly for both the software and the person behind it.

The U.S. rules are their own thing, so the product follows them: no photo, no birth date, no marital status, City + State instead of a full address, Letter format, MM/YYYY dates — and a cover letter in the structure U.S. reviewers expect.

And because application data is about as personal as data gets, all of it is handled to GDPR standards. We’re a European company: careful handling isn’t a marketing line for us, it’s the law we operate under.
